Great location near Jagalchi Market and the International Market. Close to Gamcheon culture village, Busan tower, Lotte mart, Daiso, and so on. The staff who checked me in was kind. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The water pressure was strong.

Strategic located in the middle of everywhere, in front hotel is shopping walking street, hotel has a back access to restaurants street. Bathroom shampoo conditioner and shower gel are good quality, dressing table has toner and moisture are great too.

Very clean and nice rooms. Okay location near markets. Hotel staff couldn’t speak english.

The lady managing the reception counter was not helpful at all when asked for help/ location to nearby area. Unlike my previous visit in Dec ‘22 where the guy managing the place was super helpful although he can barely speak English. Hope to see new, friendly staff if I were to come and visit the place again.

Location is near to subway, market n eateries. Room was cleaned everyday n staffs are great. Well done!

Very bad service

Great location! It is situated in the middle of BIFF square which is nearby to other main attraction areas (lotte mall, busan tower, jagalchi and gukje market).

The location is relatively hidden and not eye-catching. I looked around before I found it. I came too early and it cost more than 20,000 won to check in. It's a family hotel. There is no floor heating at all! ! ! The air conditioner doesn't work. Fortunately, there is an electric blanket, otherwise it would be cold. The toilet is outside the room. It's the first time I've seen it...

I always stay here when I go to Busan. The location is excellent, and it's just a few minutes walk from Gukje Market, Road Street, and Jagalchi Market. I do a lot of shopping when I travel to Busan, so it's close enough that it's not a hassle to return to the hotel to drop off my shopping bags. There's a convenience store just outside the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, and Nampo Samgyetang, which I always go to, is right in front of me. BIFF Square is also about a 2-minute walk away. The rooms are clean for the price, and there is a bathtub. In winter, the ondol heating is on, so it's a little hot, but you can adjust it all with the devices in the room. From my room, I could see Busan Tower, as well as the giant Gwangbokro Christmas tree and illuminations. Some rooms are a bit off, but for me it's within the acceptable range. I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Busan.
