We regret the condition of the carpets and we are already working on a replacement and fresh up. Your comments about the cleanliness are concerning and we will address these issues with our housekeeping team to make necessary improvements. We also acknowledge your point about the lack of EV chargers. We are continually working to enhance our facilities and services, so the charging stations are already planned. In the meantime our reception team is always happy to help you finding the next available charging station. There are several within only a few minutes around the hotel. Our location close to the fair trade center of Munich is ideal for guests visiting for this reason, but you are also able to reach the city center of Munich just within a few minutes by public transportation. The next train station is only a short walk from our hotel. We would be happy to welcome you again soon in one of our NH Hotels.
