The hotel offers amenities for kids which is great. The rooms are spacious and perfect for family travellers. There are many photo worthy spots in the hotel and all day dining for staying guests. We will definitely stay again at this hotel during our next visit to Fukuoka.

The room environment is excellent. Very try spacious and suitable for babies.

Great location being near Nakasu and Canal city. Means Tenjin is only a 20 minutes walk away and Hakata Station 20 minutes away in the other direction. Rooms are super clean and tidy and space is larger than some other places I've stayed at in Fukouka. Didn't make use of the full boarding but the selection looked good for a quick bite or to have a coffee to takeaway.

The hotel just reopened, the room features, equipment, huge bath tub, comfort etc are way exceeding expectations! Service is excellent. Free buffet breakfast & dinner were priced. For dinner, there were a free flow of wine beer were provided. Although not a lot of meat items, they were easily overlooked with a good range of delicately made desserts. I am not a dessert person but I found myself having everything, they were beautiful and tasted so good. At this promotion price paid, this is super good value for money. Hotel location is super convenient.

good location near the bustling downtown, clean structure, designed by architecture legend Aldo Rossi. there is an all-day buffet with free access for guests. the night market with all the food stands is litereally just opposite on the other side of the canal.

Excellent stay

The first choice for accommodation in Fukuoka, not only is it beautiful, but all the details are in place. The room is large enough and has a separate bedroom door, so it is very quiet to sleep. The free buffet all day is also very attentive, with a Middle Eastern and Indian flavor, and it is quite delicious

It is a family-friendly hotel. You can inform the hotel about your request for a crib, and baby supplies are also provided. It is really considerate for us who are traveling with babies. In particular, the hotel lobby provides meal service most of the time. The room is spacious and clean, making people feel comfortable and relaxed. The hotel is very close to the Tenjin underground shopping mall and Kushida Shrine. You can also take a walk in Hakata Canal City in the evening and eat on the rooftop, which is very comfortable.

I am very happy to book this hotel. I chose a room with a terrace by taxi. It must have been renovated. All facilities are very new. The room price also includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, which taste good. It is only 5 minutes away from Canal City, but if you want to get to Tenjin Pedestrian Street, it will take 10 minutes. There are many choices of restaurants nearby, but overall I am very satisfied. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I come to Fukuoka.
