Wonderful, very cozy hotel. Good transport interchange.
The room is not big, but clean and comfortable.
From the wishes of the owners: add a broom to the room so that you can clean up yourself; provide information about the method of sorting waste, not everyone knows it.
The balcony is very dirty, they don’t clean it at all, it’s impossible to put laundry there

The downside is that there is no mop/broom in the room, so after a few days all your hair/dust is visible and there is nothing to clean it with (the floor is made of smooth white tiles)
There are also a couple of garbage bags missing, they suggest buying them separately

The location is really close to the subway. There are many restaurants downstairs where you can eat. It's a great hotel. It's very clean overall and you can cook your own food. The room is quite big

A wonderful place to live for a week. Located near the metro, 20 minutes to Kwanali and Sentum City. There are many shops and cafes nearby.
It’s convenient that this is a full-fledged apar**ent with a washing machine and a stove, although we did more heating rather than cooking. Large refrigerator. Small Korean shower, but not critical. Very quiet so no need to worry about silence.
We lived on the 17th floor with stunning views of the city and mountain.
There are small problems with sorting garbage, but then we sorted it out😅
