The location is about 6km away from Busselton Jetty. I didn't worry because the reception said 7am~late, but it was unmanned. ...it doesn't matter because the staff doesn't have anything to meet, just the key box should come out well, but that's not possible, so there are 3 services..It's right in front of the sea and the facilities are clean..In general, lodges and inns are a bit old and messy, but that's the case here. No.. There is a kitchen and microwave in the room... very useful..

The accommodation at the Wyndham Dunsborough is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Clean, and all that you require for an apartment stay. Staff are pleasant and happy to help guests with inquiries which is a bonus!!. The amenities are good for families and include pool, courts, bbq facilities and a short walk to the beach. The grounds are well maintained but the mossies and midgies are pretty bad which I think is due to the overgrown grounds that surround the property as well as what appears to be a body of water between the property and the beach. Take insect repellent!! The coastline around Eagle Bay is spectacular and reminds me how lucky we are to have pristine beaches and crystal clear water

Excellent location, lovely hosts and superb room with balcony - a total chilling stay walking distance to a beautiful, safe beach and close to a golf course where one evening we counted 60 (yes 60!) large, small, old and young kangaroos feeding. Very near to other locations worth visiting- ask Serge for advice. Many, many thanks and when next we come back to W.Aus, we will be booking once we have confirmed dates. Many, many thanks! This was a half of a cabin as shown on the Booking site with the other side unoccupied when we were there. I think there is a season here when kids are out of school and all the cabins are occupied. The accommodations were really nice and the place was really quiet except for the kookaburras and magpies trying to get our dinner(amusing). Don't eat on the porch! There was a nice washer to use and a line to hang out clothes. The pool and tennis court looked nice but we didn't use them. There is a hands off approach by management and all the payment was collected in advance. They had good internet.

First time staying at the ship inn, please be aware that they take money out of your credit card 24 hours before you arrive but they say it’s in their terms and conditions! Well it’s not on your confirmation email does not state that at all! During this pandemic I have never come across a hotel that takes your money before you arrive, we have travelled a state of W.A. for the last year when the borders are open and I believe all hotels take the payment when you arrive due to the fact if the borders get closed it’s too messy to do all the refunds. Secondly the rooms are self-contained a very nice apartments but the downfall is because it’s right next door to the pub you get the young ones about 11:30 pm to about 1:30 pm yelling fighting in the car park on a Friday Saturday night so make sure you request a room away from the car park, they should’ve put double glaze windows in and insolation in the walls I would never recommend anybody to stay here on a Friday or Saturday night. Food of the restaurant was nice and not too expensive the service well not as good as what I expected, I ordered a house red 250 mil glass I handed a $20 note over she handed me six dollars back after I realised the next day that that was a very expensive glass of house red. Check out is at 10 but they cut the internet off at 8 am ! House keeping came on the Saturday and they didn’t do a thing no making of beds, no filling up of milk, no fresh towels nothing! I think the staff need to be trained a bit they don’t seem to care about their customers when I checked in it was just like I will that’s our terms and conditions it’s not your terms and conditions it’s not written in a confirmation email we are in a pandemic everywhere do not take anything out of your credit card and to you arrive otherwise there’s a lot of credits going back into peoples accounts which can take up to months as we’ve seen with travel agents and airlines. Would I stay here again would I recommend it the answer is no even though the location was perfect they just don’t seem to have that nice friendly touch or even care it’s all about the $$$$$ I have sent off two emails on Friday to 2 different email addresses and by Sunday I still not had an answer to my emails not very good customer service, so my advice would be to think very hard about staying here.
