The location is quite close to Penang Sentral. You get what you pay for, and it's pretty comfortable for a 1-2 night stay.

The stuff and security guard here are kind and helpful. They responded in short time and take action immediately when I facing a problem. The rooms are well clean and huge.

Very bad experience.
The room was extremely dirty and there were cockroaches.
I have never stayed in such a bad hotel before.
Even after changing rooms twice, the condition was still unacceptable.
We checked in and checked out within one hour, and no one gave us any feedback afterward.
I requested a refund, but did not receive any response from the hotel, which made the experience even worse.

A neat and comfortable hotel for a short stay.
A filtered water dispenser is provided in the common area. There are benches and tables for guests' use. Only one TV channel was working.
