One of the worst hotel I stayed in. Hotel is nothing as it looks like in the picture. Its a scam. Team was good but overall experience was terrible.

Very friendly staff and food was excellent.
Rooms are jumbo sized with king beds chairs and large mirrors .
Easy location for foreign visitors and the town is very neat and clean
I highly recommend this property to all tourists .

Bed could be easily seen while service or food arrive and that’s quite awkward and I was charged for breakfast when it says included while booking.

The place is situated on the Milan Chowk, say about 300 to 400 meters ahead of Chauraha. The Hotel is still not fully operational with its full faclities. Only rooms and one F&B outlet is operational with limited cuisine. The food taste quality and presentation needs a huge improvement

Stayed three nights during my official visit and had a comfortable stay. Conveniently located, spacious and bright room (Room 315), essential amenities available, friendly staff. Vista Restaurant in the 5th floor is also good for food as per our orders.

Hotel Plam international is best for easy access to city . Very friendly staff with affordable price . It is best for those who are looking to stay in the center . It is closed to Butwal Bus parks. I would definitely recommend to all .
