"Every year I used to stay two nights on my errand felt comfortable. But there were little bit things to be watched by management. This time was terrible; cockroach infested rooms, quilts were not great, no amenities in room. Toilet pans were broken which pinches when you sit for business It was good and is good management has to take care of short comings. Bring back glory of hotel. Review and suggestion!"

There are plenty of places to eat around, the show - pretty much at the hotel complex is great, easy highway access makes moving around relatively easy. Like a heart of Butwal city, surrounded by shopping areas, theaters, and close to the banks. Hotel Palm International offers a spectacular view of the lofty Nuwakot Hill ,Basantapur Village & Hill Park along with an easy access to all that the lively. The hotel is very modern and classic vibes so have that in mind. This is my first stay, the rooms have been excellent: specious, clean, and comfortable. Wants to be Being a Lifetime Diamond member and having experienced large number of family properties, I have to say this is probably best n very best I ever stayed at, with service and comfort highly exceeding my expectations. GM Mr. Om Krishna he is managing guest relationships with Greatest and Unique types, was especially super helpful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. rooftop restaurants great, breakfast at the lounge very strong, went once to happy our and it was quite acceptable too. Overall a great stay!!!"
