Foxlow Coach House

Had a very lovely stay. Alison the host, made us feel very welcome. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, newly decorated. Soft quality sheets comfortable bed. Had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was cooked to order, quality local ingredients used, and tasted delicious. The accommodation is about a 20 min walk from Buxton Town centre. Was a little unusual not to find a TV in the bedroom. There is a lounge area with a TV, we could of used. But we prefer to watch an hour of TV in bed before sleep. This wasn't a huge issue, and everything else about our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend this guest house.

We’ve just returned from a lovely, overnight stay with Alison in her gorgeous BnB. Everything about it was great. Spotlessly clean; huge, comfortable bed; gorgeous surroundings; excellent breakfast and Alison could not have been friendlier. We very much hope to stay longer on our next visit!

About a 20 min walk from town..£5 by taxi or the bus stops at the bottom of the drive.. A lovely house set back from the main road.. Thank you Alison for letting us stay in your beautiful home, we had a great evening, a cracking nights sleep and a smashing breakfast 😁👍 Hope to be able to stay again sometime, All the best. It was a very comfortable and well equipped B&B. The bed was extremely comfortable s the breakfast’s were delicious. Our hostess Alison was very welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What a fantastic find!!! A wonderful accommodation immaculately clean with such thoughtful extras from Alison brilliant welcome basket, chocolates, fresh fruit, just wish we had booked to stay for longer we definitely hope to return again. Thank you Alison for the hearty breakfast absolutely delicious.

Warm welcome from Alison. She had made sure before my visit if I had the directions and whether I had any dietary requirements. Beautiful room and bathroom in a very quiet location. Every thought and detail was given. A huge attention to detail - eg a welcome card, personalised breakfast request sheet and the best stocked coffee/tea/biscuit station I have seen. Breakfast was amazing and can recommend the eggs and bacon. Highly recommend this lovely b&b.

Alison is a top host with a real eye for detail, with a friendly, caring and unobtrusive professional service. The room was to an excellent standard, with some lovely touches. It's also an ideal location for Buxton Town centre (less than a mile away) whilst being in a quiet and pleasant area. Highly recommended!
