"My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It’s a tiny 50s hotel being renovated by a young couple. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach. Not far from the most famous lighthouse on our coast. And you can walk down to Diamond Shoals Seafood for dine in, take out, or cook your own. We stayed in an efficiency room and benefited from having a fridge and range."

"The location is perfect. Right after Avon and at the start of Buxton. Loved being able to walk out right on the beach and enjoy the views from the outdoor seating area! Would recommend having some sort of door mat to cat sand at the entry of every room, along with an in room broom. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
