First of all, I would like to thank the staff and all the servants.
There were 3 problems
1 bed collapsed room 227
2 carpets heavily soiled
3 The hammam, sauna, etc. in the ba*****t floor is very dirty and needs to be cleaned in a terrible condition.
Breakfast could be improved further
But the menu is very convenient, never eat outside, eat at the hotel, outside is 2 times more expensive than the hotel, we can say that the hotel is good location, good price performance, but I strongly say take care of floor B.

Hotel doesn't want 4 stars! Dirty, no private beach, dirty, terrible food! Aggressive staff never seen before I will not return to Istanbul! The hotel is a scam claim in progress!!
