Buen Hotel, buen servicio, limpio . Piezas cómodas aunque un poco chicas . Baños muy buenos . Buena comida , bien ubicado . Fue una buena experiencia. La decoración interior deja mucho que desear ya que olvida o ignora la esencia de lo que es un parador . Un lugar que evoca la época y el sentido. Han decorado de un estilo moderno de mal gusto . Taparon las piedras centenarias con cemento !

Trato deshonesto. Nos multaron por acceder al parking del parador y no se han hecho cargo de su error al no registrarnos la matrícula del coche, ni informarnos de que lo teníamos que hacer. En un primer momento nos informaron de que no la pagáramos, que era un error y que ellos se hacía cargo, y cuando llegó la multa con recargo se han desentendido . Auténtica falta de responsabilidad.

El lugar donde se encuentra el Parador de Cáceres es en el punto más alto del centro histórico hay que subir por unas calles empedradas muy incomodas, el desayuno es bastante normal con respecto a otros paradores que conozco y la temperatura de la habitación más bien baja el termostato no lo dejaban pasar de 21 grados. Pero esto no fue lo peor, hicimos la reserva con un bono de SMARTBOX que costo 295 € por dos noches y nos cargaron un suplemento por noche de 80 euros mas es decir 160€ por los dos dias resultando un precio total de mas de 400€ , en conclusión nos ha parecido un timo.

La experienca de nuestra estancia de tres noches ha resultado sumamente satisfactoria. La ubicación del parador, en un palacio de la zona monumental es magnífica y permite recorrer a pie los principales monumentos. El coche lo hemos tenido que dejar en aparcamiento Campoamor, a unos 9 minutos andando. Con la app de la empresa, se obtiene un descuento del 50% y sale muy ventajoso. La habitación nos ha parecido amplia, con colchones y almohadas a nuestro gusto y un cuarto de baño con una ducha espléndida. La única pega, la ventana, muy baja y con vistas a un muro del estrecho callejón lateral. Pero es comprensible dada la reconversión de un edificio tan singular en un hotel. Destacamos la amabilidad de todos los empleados, desde la recepción hasta el comedor, sumamente amables y profesionales.
