You can tell it’s a recent opening — every visit I notice new improvements and great attention to detail. It’s truly the only high-class hotel in the city, ideal both for business trips and for meeting colleagues in a refined yet comfortable setting. The common areas are beautifully decorated, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of the wonderful city of Cáceres. A true reference point every time I’m in town for work."

"The beds are comfortable, but the furniture looks shabby. The bathroom door is made of glass, which is a bit uncomfortable, and it doesn't have a handle! The curtains are blackout, so you might fall asleep longer than necessary. The minibar doesn't have any pricing information, as the QR code doesn't work. What we did like is that they have a very nice reception desk. Even though the bar was closed, we were able to read the local newspapers, which we really liked. The hallways feature works by local artists. They helped us after checkout so we could have a leisurely lunch and say goodbye to the city."

"I went with my partner to get a massage while I was on a getaway in the area. I have given a score of 3 for the service, since my massage was 2 and my partner's was 5, still happy because it was a gift for him. During the contracted 45 minutes they were only spreading oil over my body (like when I put on cream when I get out of the shower) without giving me any type of massage or using any technique, and when I commented on it, it didn't change or improve things either. I have had several massages in various places, some more humble and others more luxurious and if the person is professional it does not matter the place, the truth is that it has never happened to me to book a massage and not have it given to me, yes, I left very hydrated! Hahaha I think that when I asked if we could both have the massage at the same time, they should have given me a person who was not a masseuse. In short, I would not recommend it, since it should not depend on chance whether you get someone professional or not."

"This is a great campsite all pitches have a bathroom on each site with plenty of hot water . Very friendly staff. Bus stops outside the campsite and 10 minutes into city centre for €1.10 each way. Pool not open on our visit. Great value at €21 per night including electricity, 4 nights for price of 3."
