Buena atención de los empleados. Lo mejor: habitación grande, con terraza, cama y almohada muy buenas, baño generoso con ducha a pie de suelo y muy buena iluminación. Ubicado en un sitio tranquilo con parking abundante a la puerta. Mucha limpieza. No oí ningún ruido. El aire acondicionado y el wifi geniales. Lo menos bueno: el desayuno, café malón, bollería regular, poca variedad. En resumen, si no vas a desayunar, habitación de cuatro estrellas. Relación calidad precio estupenda. El hotel está situado en el sur de Plasencia, a unos 5 minutos en coche al centro, donde por cierto,se puede aparcar casi a la puerta gratis, parking la isla.

The only good thing is the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast is a real fiasco and the walls are made of paper, you can establish a conversation between the rooms without having to raise your voice. It's incredible and I don't recommend it.

As mentioned by others, this place is in just the right place for an overnight stop to/from the Algarve. Breakfast (not too early) had us checking in just after 3pm in Carvoeiro (not using any of the toll roads on offer). As also mentioned, do not be put off by the location. It even has a handy Leroy Merlin across the road and one of the cheapest (if not the cheapest) Shell petrol station I've ever used further along the road from LM down a wee side street.

Customer for an uninterrupted year, I return 2 months later and coffee only €1.70 and the newspaper... “we no longer carry it” 2 bloody newspapers a day, for clients in the hotel cafeteria, does it mean so much expense?? But a coffee alone, in Plasencia, in a hotel in an industrial estate, 1.70 and the rest also with its increase. They have lost a client and all the work contacts that I may have with that destination, which are many. You have to take care of the client and not be a miser.
