The location is great. Just outside is the shopping street. Restaurants and department stores Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. Caen is very small and only a few minutes walk to the cathedral and city walls.

Accueil parfait.Attention spéciale pour Aurelie qui nous a très bien accueilli,donné de bonnes recommandations pour trouver de bons restaurants et expliqué un peu la ville.Hotel propre ,confortable A recommander. The room is quiet and comfortable and we spent minimal time at the hotel just to rest. However, the staffs from the lobby are wonderful. When I checked in the first night, there were multiple parties waiting in line but only 1 front desk receptionist. Aurelie never let her guest felt left out even there is a line up. Her attentive to the guests really shine through. She made it personal and really wants a good experience for her guests. If I ever come back to stay here, it will be because I know I will be totally taken care of because all their staff are fabulous.

4* quality, city centre hotel. Walkable to all parts of the city. Friendly and helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Limited basement parking for a fee.
