Avoid the white room which is very small and attic. Tiny bathroom with no storage space. The other rooms are spacious and very well decorated. A little daily vacuuming in the bathroom would have been desirable. Positive points: location (near the Abbaye aux Hommes), welcome, breakfast (simple with good value for money), terrace, quiet… So to be recommended… except the white room!

Very nice rooms in a small mansion with 5 or 6 rooms. The “blue” room is superb, the calm and the decor everything is fine. Lovely staff and very reasonably priced breakfast with good products. An excellent address with great value for money and incredible charm.

Very pleasant stay in this charming establishment. Warm, smiling and helpful staff. Tranquility and relaxing atmosphere. Hearty lunch with fresh and tasty products. We stayed in four different establishments during our stay in France, including a famous hotel in Paris, and Clos Saint-Martin was by far the most memorable and pleasant place.

A beautiful gem in the middle of Caen. Fantastic location. Rooms are stunning. Cycling here. Bike security great. Delicious breakfast. V helpful hosts. Comfortable beds.beautiful courtyard. Slightly difficult to find as it is hidden away.

Very very nice Bed&Breakfast. In a good position for visiting the city centre, with large and comfortable rooms. Courteous and extremely helpful staff: the day before our arrival they contacted us by email to indicate some restaurants nearby and to tell us that they were available to wait for us if we were late. Good breakfast and very affordable price.

This was a lovely property within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and historical sites. The staff delivered a breakfast basket to out door each morning so that we could eat and then head out to explore for the day, and they also have breakfast in the dining room. We stayed in the cottage and there was plenty of room for 3-4 people. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

Property is very unique, I loved the traditional old architecture. Checking in was odd, had to wait outside the gate in the rain as there was no answer at first to the buzzer from the street. My greeting was not very enthusiastic, no help with bags etc., but they gave me a nice restaurant recommendation that I enjoyed thoroughly. I loved my room, very comfortable, great views, but there was no hot water. Breakfast was average.
