La camera è carina ma davvero piccola, in più il bagno è privato ma FUORI dalla camera e la cosa peggiore è stata che NON c’era L’ACQUA CALDA per fare la doccia. Chiamata l’host ci ha detto di attendere 30 minuti ma nonostante questo abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda.

Stanza molto grande, praticamente 1 appartamento, provvisto di angolo cucina e frigorifero. Sala per la colazione dentro la struttura deliziosa. Il Duomo è a 2 passi e anche il Museo archeologico e il belvedere del bastione Saint Remy

Recently renovated structure, very nice and comfortable, clean, comfortable beds, and spacious bathroom, we stayed in a triple room, booking shortly in advance, but the owner Claudia welcomed us kindly, indicating the closest parking lots. The area is really beautiful. Really recommended

I don't even know where to start. For this structure (and the people who work there) professionalism is optional. I have been traveling for many years and I have a degree in tourism, so I don't speak ignorantly on the subject. My girlfriend and I stayed for one night (and luckily it was only one) in this accommodation. At the time of booking we advised that we were in the company of our husky (anyone can see on the internet that it is a medium-sized dog, and I point this out since they have marched over us on this too). We booked out of necessity because the house we rented in Cagliari wasn't ready yet (while the managers of this structure even invented that they had inquired and that we were sent away from another B&B, which never happened because, as already said, we booked for one night in view of the transfer to rent for months). The conditions we stayed in are truly ridiculous. Very old building, unsanitized bathroom, toilet without seat, totally absent cleaning products (even a simple broom was missing), garbage full of other people's waste, wifi with a signal worse than the free lines of the poet and 0 telephone coverage throughout the room. For asking the courtesy of being able to pay half an hour later (I had to transfer the money from one account to another and it's not immediate) we were singled out as disadvantaged people who didn't want to pay. It's amazing how unprofessional some people are!!! We paid not even half an hour after entering and you know it well! In any case, the quality-price ratio is clearly poor, as are the services offered. At least have the decency to mea culpa, you cannot present a room under certain conditions (not even under covid) and then respond to reviews by saying total falsehoods such as having been sent away from a bnb and that we didn't want to pay, giving of the "disadvantaged" to a couple of boys just over 20 years old! If tourism in Cagliari is not at a high level, it is the fault of people like you who, in order to cover their butts, invent nonsense in responses to negative reviews. I'm willing to bet that most of the positive reviews are your own writing! At that price (but even less) there are many better accommodations and above all competent and coherent people. You can also delete this review, I will continue to spam it in every tourist site! Now make up a face-saving answer here too, PATHETIC! PS. I put one star because unfortunately you can not put less.

I spent a few days in Cagliari for work reasons and Caralis Holiday was right up my alley: central, it is within walking distance of all points of interest (bus stops, pubs, bars, restaurants, seafront, etc.). It is a place with attention to the smallest details: excellent cleaning and great attention to the customer. Claudia is a kind and always available person and she manages this place with a lot of love... which is noticeable, given the result! :) Advise!

The location is very central, very close to the cathedral. For the car park you have to make do. Ask the manager of the b&b Paolo for advice. Nice very spacious room. Too bad there was no courtesy set. There was even no soap in the dispenser. Poor breakfast (even fresh bread and butter was missing...)

Incorrect, rude owner and very high prices for zero services! At the time of our arrival, being two boys with a lot of luggage, we asked to have a moment to put everything down and check in calmly once everything was settled, the request was accepted. We sat down and paid! Too bad that this attitude was not welcomed and we were accused of not wanting to pay just for having asked to leave the luggage for a period of half an hour! We are told that small and medium-sized pets are allowed, we show up with a puppy husky so although the dog is medium-sized the fact that it has not yet fully grown obviously it must be understood that it is not yet a large dog! The room is nice, but inside the kitchen we find a used garbage bag that is not ours, but we overlook it. Inside the whole structure it never takes the sim of any manager, the wifi is very slow and only works in the room as soon as you move to the bathroom you find yourself without internet and without signal! We asked the courtesy of being able to check out 10 minutes later and they were very short-lived as if we were stealing their time! Despite this, they didn't want us to leave our luggage inside the structure while waiting for the taxi, considering that the street in which the structure is located is very narrow and it is impossible to keep them outside. I highly discourage these positive reviews surprise me so much to think they are false. You don't even find the toilet seat in the toilet. I am someone who travels constantly but have never been treated like this. We were told that we were only disadvantaged because we had a little luggage and we needed a moment to put everything down and take it easy! Ridiculous. Moreover, in the reviews on Google he allowed himself to say falsehoods saying that my boyfriend and I were kicked out of the previous b&b and that he knew it because he had informed himself therefore we are the peasants not him, which is absolutely false because we simply never stayed in a b&b in Cagliari!
