Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and sun deck, whilst small, was a perfect place to relax after breakfast. The Tirso beach club was brilliant and definitely worth paying for. Rooftop drinks were a delight with the sun setting across the city. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Apt or better to say studio, is functional. Easy equipped. From kitchen equipment is there only small fridge and kettle with cups and coffee. Bathroom also easy. Apt is directly on the rush street in Cagliari, so dont expect quite place. Position is close to old town, so advantage is, that everything is reached by walk. Bed on the room is not so big. Within booking was also deducted 100€ deposit, which i demanded back with extra notifications, but been returned on time finally. So overall, if you find accommodation in the center and dont mind about noise, go fot it. We had base there to see south Sardinia, so parking place is very close, over the street, but you have to pay few euros in the payment station."

"The room is a little small, but it's clean and hygienic. The bathroom has also been renovated and is very neat and clean. The service attitude of the staff is also good. I often ask the front desk to help call a taxi. There are 2 good restaurants nearby, one is Wenzhou Restaurant and the other is Food Line Work (see picture), both of which are pretty good. The hotel's own restaurant didn't taste very good. The lobster pasta I ordered didn't even have half of it, and there were very few lobsters. The disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the city center and there is only one scenic spot nearby (see picture), but it is cost-effective. The hotel itself does not have a beach, swimming pool or gym. Need to go to the beach by yourself"

"Rooms are very spacious and clean. In it's all, the hotel is perfectly clean and extremely well located. The breakfast is simple, but the croissants are fresh, for 1-2 nights, it's just fine. The matresses can be a problem for heavier persons as they are a bit too soft."

Its location is perfect if you need to reach the railway station and consequently the airport or the regional buses: just a few minutes away walking. The room was tidy, simple and clean. No noise in the night. Little light in the room. The hotel is perfect for a short stay, if you need to connect with the public transportation. Many restaurants around. The city centre is at walking distance."

"Great central location ! This beautiful old building is very unique, the original old elevator still works seamlessly . Our room had amazingly high ceilings with views of the port whilst directly across from cagliari train station ( which we never heard a train in thd 3 days we were there) . The reception team( Gulia & Stefania) were fantastic, very knowledgeable and accommodating . They provided great tourist attractions to visit whilst we were there."

"Amazing! Historic! Unique! Amazing location! Quaint! If you want a 5 star accommodation coupled with an authentic Old world Italian experience you have found your place. On a quiet street right next to an amazing square with views of the ocean. Lots of space and comforts perfectly blended with the history of Sardinia. Staff is so helpful anticipating every need, and going so above and beyond. I travel regularly it takes a lot to blow me away and I am so impressed. Beautiful space, comfort, and perfect location!"
