I have kinda mixed emotions about this one. It is in a very nice location. The staff is really kind, everything is clean and the breakfast is GREAT (i really have to admit the breakfast was delicious). Although I was a little bit dissapointed - I got "in love" with pictures at booking with a romantic room, balcony with a view with a fantasy of having a breakfast on the balcony with a view on the city. In reality, our room has no balcony, no view (the view was really horrible - see pic) and it was very dark, there was almost no daily light. I would be perfectly OK with it if I would have expected that. So even though there was no big problem, I was dissapointed with this.

Esperienza pessima. Con la mia famiglia abbiamo prenotato una stanza per due adulti e un ragazzino di 12 anni. Abbiamo avvisato che saremmo arrivati dopo le 24 in quanto l'aereo atterrava da atene tardi. Il proprietario ci rassicura che non ci sarebbero stati problemi con l'accettazione da remoto ... e ci assicura che in caso di necessità lui sarebbe stato sempre disponibile al telefono. Arrivati nella struttura accediamo senza problemi inserendo il codice e ci rechiamo nella stanza a noi assegnata la numero 3. Apriamo la porta e ci assale un caldo insopportabile.. Forse superava i 35 gradi.!!! Notiamo la presenza del condizionatore e di un telecomando ... ma al contempo c'era nella stanza un ... ventilatore! Proviamo ad accendere il condizionatore e ...niente non funziona!!! Accendiamo il ventilatore che sposta l'aria rovente ma niente di più! Apro la finestra e sorpresa ! La camera dà all'interno di uno spazio dove non gira un filo d'aria. Bene , si fa per dire... proviamo a contattare l 'host sia con messaggi che con chiamate ma niente non risponde! La temperatura della stanza è invivibile e alle 2 del mattino siamo costretti ad andar via e fare 250 km per rientrare a casa! Pazienza! Bastava avvisarci e avremmo cercato altro! P.s. l'host legge i messaggi al mattino e non si degna neanche di una chiamata! Esperienza da dimenticare.p.s. leggo, purtroppo la mattina dopo, le recensioni riferite a qualche giorno prima del mio arrivo e il condizionatore della stanza 3 non funzionava già! Che dire senza parole! Giudizio assolutamente negativo! P.p.s.le scale del palazzo e i muri sono spaventosamente degradati... sembra di entrate in un palazzo disabitato..

Le stanze della residenza sono arredate con gusto , silenziose , la posizione e’ spettacolare , il prezzo coerente . Ma la vera chicca della struttura sono il personale e i proprietari con la loro gentilezza e disponibilità . Grazie !

B&b in pieno centro a Cagliari nelle immediate vicinanze della famosa piazza Yenne e della zona pedonale. Le stanze sono arredate con gusto ,accoglienti spaziose e pulite. I titolari davvero molto simpatici. Consigliato. Ci tornerò senz'altro!
