There was a fire right outside the hotel. We argued with the hotel manager for 4 hours to accept a refund for us to change hotel but she wouldnt agree.
The smoke got inside the lobby, corridors and rooms but she would still not agree with a refund.
No evacuation was planned either which is insane.

Service was phenomenal, the staff there were very friendly and caring, any problem or request and my needs were met. The hotel is very clean, the area is quiet with no disturbances during our stay. Room was equipped with AC which was very nice after coming in from the heat. The room was clean, with the beds being very comfy. The only negative to this place is that it’s in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it’s either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. In addition to this, it’s another 30 minutes roughly bus ride to the centre, and a good 20 minute walk to the closest shops. The hotel itself was excellent however the location is a really big negative to staying there. If you don’t have a car it’s not worth staying unless you can sort out travel.

Holiday Inn in Cagliari, excellent location, near the airport. Spacious and clean rooms, minimal breakfast which in my opinion could be improved, kind and friendly staff. The hotel has its own restaurant. Large parking area. Average quality/price ratio.

The hotel was very convenient for work trips, a stone's throw from the ring road and a few km from the airport. Convenient ample parking. The rooms were clean and we moved around quite well. The common areas are well kept, clean and functional. The staff is very kind and helpful. Good breakfast, with a wide choice. The restaurant offers a good choice and the dishes are made very well. Good quality/price ratio. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Cagliari again.

I decided to stay for a night at his hotel so i could be near the Airport and enjoy the sun one more day in the pool.
The pool was very dirty, the sunbeds the dirtiest i have ever seen. Carpets in the corridors very dirty and old, teared in some parts which can be easily trip hazard.
Staff was very friendly. The restaurant had good food.
