Posizione strategica per visitare il centro storico di Cagliari. Bel palazzo d'epoca, camera spaziosissime quasi una suite e silenziosa ben arredate con mobili d'epoca, personale cordiale e preparato. La colazione viene offerta nel bar sottostante , molto basic.

Bellissima la location, e comoda a tutta la città, valore aggiunto a 2 minuti da stazione ferroviaria e dei bus! Pulizia ottima della stanza, ma attenzione al particolare COLAZIONE!! Non esiste più la colazione in camera, ma vi verranno forniti dei buoni per il bar ROMA, e ovviamente con solo una bevanda e qualcosa da mangiare, quindi magari, non includete la colazione nel pacchetto. Il bar convenzionato, e di scarsa qualità, e a mio avviso veramente poco curato! Non siamo rimasti contenti.

Llevamos reserva,los dos números de contacto no existían,tuvimos qe alojarnos en otro hotel, estuvimos tirados en el portal y nadie apareciò.Lamentable....un timo! Volvimos los 4 días que estuvimos allí y nadie apareció ni se pusieron en contacto con nosotros.Hablamos con la única y amable vecina del lúgubre inmueble...e intentò ayudarnos...pero sin respuesta! UNA EXPERIENCIA TERRIBLE...FALTA DE PROFESIONALIDAD!

Just came back from a lovely trip from Sardinia. Excellent service and breakfast. Lovely clean apartment and a welcoming host. Brilliant location in the middle of town with lots of amenities near by. Would totally recommend for a short city break.

B&B situato in centro, collegato benissimo sia dal porto che dall’aeroporto, fornito in zona di qualsiasi attività come: negozi/ristoranti/bar. Le camere sono silenziose e pulitissime, oltre alla disponibilità e cordialità di Silvia e Nicola, che si prendono cura dei loro ospiti, sempre mantenendo discrezione e privacy! Colazione buonissima e fresca! Siamo stati 1 settimana in questo B&B e siamo stati veramente benissimo! Grazie!
