Everything’s good, except an experience at T bar! I ordered one drink but they charged me 2. As usual, I put my signature without double checking. Then I noticed it at checkout, and the lady at reception told me that I should get refund after I sent email to them. But nothing just silence from them. It’s not the question of money but the honesty and professionalism.

Excellent location and cleanliness, excellent service. The only dinner at the hotel was slow and unsatisfactory, high value for money. Great availability at the reception and the welcome of a greeting card and a small gift on the day of check out. The hall is beautiful with an interesting display of clothes.

Ho contattato questa struttura in seguito ad un voucher regalo. Al telefono ho avuto il piacere di parlare direttamente con la responsabile manager Eleonora, che da subito, in maniera cordiale e professionale mi ha illustrato i vari percorsi a disposizione. Arrivata alla spa, Eleonora, sorridente e super disponibile mi ha accompagnato nella mia cabina indicandomi la professionista con cui avrei eseguito il trattamento: Monica. Trattamento perfetto, prodotti di qualità, atmosfera armoniosa, Monica fantastica. Insomma, super consigliato! Eleonora mi aveva già convinto al telefono, ma conoscendo tutto il team di persona, ha confermato il mio voto: DIECI. Tornerò.

Trovo assurdo che nel 2024 in un hotel 4 stelle al bar non ci sia niente per poter fare colazione senza glutine. Un cornetto confezionato, un biscotto. Alla richiesta di qualcosa Gluten Free mi volevano dare le patatine, magari da consumare con il cappuccino.

Mio hotel di riferimento in città da 9 anni dove alloggio mediamente ogni mese.Struttura moderna,dotata di ogni confort centro benessere compreso.Camere spaziose e molto confortevoli,io soggiorno sempre al piano alto della torre con vista eccezionale sulla città.Ottimo il ristorante e la prima colazione,staff sempre cordiale e sorridente.In questo fine settimana check in e check out effettuato dalla bravissima Claudia Zuddas (presente ormai da tanti anni),sempre attenta e disponibile a soddisfare il cliente con tanta educazione,cortesia e con il sorriso sempre sulle labbra. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono:lo consiglio caldamente.
