Everything’s good, except an experience at T bar! I ordered one drink but they charged me 2. As usual, I put my signature without double checking. Then I noticed it at checkout, and the lady at reception told me that I should get refund after I sent email to them. But nothing just silence from them. It’s not the question of money but the honesty and professionalism.

Excellent location and cleanliness, excellent service. The only dinner at the hotel was slow and unsatisfactory, high value for money. Great availability at the reception and the welcome of a greeting card and a small gift on the day of check out. The hall is beautiful with an interesting display of clothes.

Außergewöhnliches Service: Wir haben spät abends bemerkt, dass unser Minikühlschrank nicht funktionierte. Sofort (ca. 22.00 Uhr) ist ein Techniker gekommen. Da eine Reparatur nicht möglich war, hat er das Gerät aus- und ein neues eingebaut. Er hat sicher eine halbe Stunde gearbeitet. Vielen Dank dafür. Nice hotel, lovely amenities, yummy breakfast incredible staff. But neighborhood is boring and it is a bit of a walk to get to a cute area. Also our AC didn’t work right and the fan jolted the blinds which made a constant cracking sound. We complained and were graciously moved but it was a bit of a kill joy. Would I stay in that hotel? Yes unless there was something closer with the same amenities.
