酒店位置很好，出門就是步行商業街，晚上也很熱鬧。 鑒於這個價錢也不能要求太多，浴室沒有排風設施，不是很好用。可能由於不好開窗通風，房間內有些潮濕。 前台經常不在，可以whatsapp聯繫。 總體性價比為尚可，會推薦。

Historic building in close proximity to the city centre shops, restaurants and museums. High ceilings, lots of character. Light and bright entrance hallway to the apartments. However, shower sealant was black and the room was dusty. No protectors on mattress or pillows means slightly grubby pillows on show. Room had coffee making facilities but they charge for it which was surprising. Easy fixes but let them down compared to other Cagliari rooms.

Very central location, with plenty of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom a very good size - the room overall was very good! Given it’s on the pricier side and marketed as a “boutique” hotel, I think the bathroom needs some TLC, and there could be a better check-in service/ clearer instructions - there was nobody there when we arrived and had to ring to get the codes to be able to enter. However staff were super friendly and helpful, and would stay again!

Large, new, well furnished room, comfortable bed with two memory pillows, climate control and mini bar, small walk-in closet, well lit, large bathroom with new and clean sanitary ware. Elegant building, check-in operations are convenient and quick.

Struttura curata nei dettagli, camere e ambienti comuni puliti e arredamento moderno ma elegante. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione centrale alla città e nei dintorni molti parcheggi a pagamento e non. Metratura camere un pochino piccola, prenotate la camera con almeno il balcone.

Il palazzo si trova in pieno centro, nella via principale di Cagliari. La camera è molto grande e spaziosa, con soffitti alti. L’arredo è moderno e il bagno è molto bello. Ottima la pulizia. Ci sono state fornite tutte le informazioni riguardo a dove parcheggiare l’auto e alla modalità del check-in la mattina stessa dell’arrivo. Inoltre ci è stato fatto un upgrade della camera, e siamo rimasti molto stupiti. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
