Excellent structure, modern, clean and welcoming, the managers were very kind and helpful. Abundant and varied breakfast, central location, very convenient for going out on foot, especially when you have children. Covered municipal parking 300 meters from the B&B. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO THE B&B EVA LUXURY ROOMS CAGLIARI. Alessandro and Rosella.

The structure is in an excellent position with paid public parking in front and in the pedestrian area, a stone's throw from the port restaurants and the beauties of the centre. The property is well maintained and very welcoming. Fairly quiet, but this depends on the guests you find. Excellent staff. Breakfast was also excellent.

What a great place to stay! It’s a busy and happening area, and only a 10 min or so walk (uphill) from the train station. The B&B room was very spacious and clean, as well as very comfortable. I also felt very taken care of by the staff, not only did they work to find out my arrival time to welcome me, but they also provided me restaurant recommendations, and ordered me an airport transfer for an early morning departure, as well as left me breakfast items to have so that I didn’t go without. I would absolutely stay here again!

Top structure, very professional, discreet and helpful staff. From Andrea to the girl who welcomed us, a unique person. When I return to Cagliari I will definitely stay here. The only flaw that goes beyond the structure was the more than rude customers who returned at 1.30 am and started talking in the breakfast room for 30 minutes until some other guest came out into the corridor to pick them up.

We have been staying here for 2 years now, and as always everything is perfect, very kind staff, perfect area for those who don't want to take the car, I highly recommend it. the rooms are beautiful, spacious and spotless. I will definitely come back......

Located in the pedestrian shopping street, in the center. Completely pleasant experience. We stayed one night, four of us. Quiet room, comfortable bed, large and practical bathroom. Not very "luxury" in the pure meaning of the term, but very practical, cute and functional. Buffet breakfast with a sweet and savory choice, and last but not least, courteous and helpful staff!
