Exactly in front of the station entrance... It can't get any closer than this On the second floor of a well-kept building, delightful hotel, recently restored, very quiet, large and well-furnished rooms, small common area with coffee, a few drinks and packaged snacks… Very kind owner… Very nice hotel that you don't expect to find in the station area… Highly recommended

Every part of this accommodation was amazing. Perfect location, near bus and train station. Right around the corner from the city centre. Beds were really comfortable and room was very very clean. Showers, air conditioning, fridge and balcony. The room was great and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The property is well mainteined. The room was clean with enough space considering it is located in an old Building. It has a little balony with 2 shairs and a table, looking at the interior od the Building. The Hotel have a little Common área with coffee and snacks.
The only problem is that there is no advertising of any kind in the outside so you dont know where is it.

The bed was bad. The bed has a hole that caused us to fall in the middle. We turned the mattress over at night and put a blanket underneath.

The location is certainly not to be underestimated, in front of the station and therefore in the centre... you will find a very kind girl welcoming you by 10pm and the rooms are clean as are the rest of the spaces... they will let you find a basket with sweets and a fridge with water and milk… I must say very good

Marlin Rooms is a nice place to stay close to the train station. It is located in an old building with a really old elevator with a cool nostalgic feeling. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The balcony of our room looked out to the street, so not the best view. Breakfast was a typical continental italian breakfast with wrapped sweets. The coffee was okay. But since it is really close to the city center, you could go outside to eat as well. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Everything is ok for an effective stop in Cagliari, taking advantage of being close to the train station, and thus to the airport.
The room was clean and well equipped.
The bathroom was clean. Courtesy set was under average
