Chambre très propre il y’a la climatisation et c’est très utile avec la chaleur la personne qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique et parle un peu le français il nous a conseillé pour des restaurant et visite de la ville

Camera più piccola di quanto dichiarato, arredo scarso, una sola sedia e nessuno specchio in camera (mai capitato...), bagno che si apre su un minuscolo cavedio maleodorante (in questi casi è necessario installare un aspiratore). Pulizia praticamente inesistente in quanto i cestini in bagno e in camera non sono mai stati svuotati. Portafinestra con balconcino impraticabile causa presenza di ponteggi; può accadere che ci siano lavori, ma non ne siamo stati informati preventivamente, come è corretto fare in questi casi, per di più avendo prenotato alcuni mesi prima. I servizi quali caffè, acqua, ecc. risultano ben poco rilevanti a fronte delle gravi carenze di cui sopra.

Esperienza 10 e lode. Non era la prima volta che soggiornavo in questa struttura, un punto di riferimento nelle mie visite a Cagliari. Pulizia eccellente, ottima posizione e grande cordialità e disponibilità da parte di Enrico, il proprietario. Degna di nota la possibilità di avere acqua frizzante e fresca a completa disposizione..giusto in fondo alle scale!

Amazing stay from check in to check out. Enrico is the perfect host, he was there to greet us as soon as we buzzed at the entry door and gave us a heap of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We got.an upgraded room and it was very nicely appointed, with a handy mini fridge and kettle, plus a pod coffee machine in reception to use. There were also little breakfast snacks. In the entrance hall was a water dispenser with filtered and sparkling water, a great touch for filling water bottles! The location couldn't be beat, it was just in a side street off the square and easy walk to the station. Enrico also let us leave our bags when we checked out and met us to pick them up in the evening as we had a late flight

This is a small guest house on 2 floors of a building on the main street of Cgaliari - very close to the marina area, the main square, and the castello area. Enrico is a great host, very helpful and informative; the room I had was spacious, comfortable, and pretty quiet (given it was on a main street, really very quiet). While there is no breakfast offered, there is an in-room fridge and Enrico recommended a great local market for meat/cheese/veggies etc, so this was no detriment.

Siamo “sbarcati” a Cagliari in dieci per fare una sorpresa ad un’amica che non vedevamo da tempo e l’istinto ci ha portati a prenotare questo B&b. L’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Centralissimo, con spazi ampi e un proprietario estremamente gentile e disponibile, oltre che prodigo di consigli che si sono rivelati preziosi. Consigliato senza dubbio

Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del gestore a soddisfare le nostre richieste.
Molto gradevole è il distributore di acqua potabile, con caraffa e frigo in dotazione nella stanza.
Ottima posizione (nel centro, pressi stazione ferroviaria e marittima). Vicinissimi i noleggi scooter/auto. L'aeroporto si raggiunge in treno (10 min)
