La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale è la cosa che più mi ha colpito. È d’obbligo e scontato in un 5 stelle, ma il sorriso si riconosce quando è forzato! Il resto è nella norma di un 5⭐️, ma i sorrisi, quelli, ti fanno sentire come a casa anche solo per una notte…!!!

Sono stato a cena con mia moglie per il suo compleanno, location molto carina, cibo di qualità scarsissima. Come antipasto abbiamo preso una tatin di pasta sfoglia, praticamente una pizzetta sfoglia con una fettina di prosciutto crudo sopra, una tartare di manzo Rubia Gallega servito su ossobuco fondente, ecco, la tartare era condita con cetriolo (non specificato nel menù) e l’ossobuco era totalmente privo di midollo (dopo che il cameriere ha consigliato di mangiarlo assieme alla tartare), quale midollo? Era solo un pezzo di osso senza midollo. Poi abbiamo preso due primi, Fregola alla luciana e pasta astice e patate. La fregola non aveva nessun sapore, il polpo era duro, praticamente immangiabile. Unica nota positiva è il dolce, abbiamo preso un tiramisù molto buono. Il prezzo sarebbe stato anche giusto se il cibo fosse stato di qualità. Comunque posto SCONSIGLIATO.

We stayed four nights in a suite for two people, a child and a pet. The perfectly thought-out and designer furniture (Frau armchair, Flos, Cassina, etc.). To improve: lack of light on the stairs of the suite. Top: the two bathrooms and beauty station area on each of the two levels of the suite. The service, although mostly young, is very attentive. Thank you Sergio for the appetizer service. High quality breakfast buffet. Limited but sufficient a la carte service. The best are the coffee (the opinion of a half-Italian) and the smoked salmon. Looking forward to returning

Supposedly modern, shower with sporadic drops and the maitre d' at the reception bar did not accept the order for a simple hot mix, as it was not on the menu. I had to eat a club sandwich, which was pure mayonnaise. Inedible and expensive.
