Nicely laid out site with individual chalets. Situated just over a small road from the beach the location is very good. The hotel bar/snack bar faces the beach and there is a small seating area overlooking the beach where you can have drinks. It is around 20 minute walk into town and 30 minutes to the national park and that beach. The hotel pool is very nice and the restaurant overlooks this, where you have breakfast. Our room had a terrace overlooking the garden with seats and a hammock. There were two double beds and adequate room, however, no hairdryer or safe. However, there was an issue with electrics as when I pulled my plug out of the wall the socket came with it, it wasn't even fixed to the wall! Breakfast was reasonable, buffet style with a lady cooking excellent fried eggs to roder. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is around 20 minute walk into town and 30 minutes to the national park and that beach. There are a few restaurants nearby for the evening if you don't want to venture into town.

Une belle carte , un bel emplacement situé juste à coté du littoral . Une belle décoration, un service efficace et attentif. Nous y avons diner deux soirs de suite. Vous y trouverez autant des spécialités locales que des plats latins . Le centre-ville de Cahuita n 'est guère éloigné ...

Fue una grata sorpresa este hotel. Lo reservamos de última hora y resultó ser el mejor en nuestro viaje. Habitaciones amplias, el trato del personal (aunque algo seco) siempre muy atentos y respetuosos. Durante nuestra estadía hubo una fuerte tormenta y, aunque el wifi se fue por unas horas, lo restablecieron lo más pronto posible, además siempre tienen hidratación disponible en la recepción. Mi única queja es el desayuno, no tienen gran variedad (aunque lo anuncia como buffet y la persona que prepara los huevos lo hace de mala gana, a mi me los dio crudos aún).

overrated, you can hear every other guest from your room. zero privacy. poor customer service, specially in the restaurant; they can’t take up to one hour to make a fried rise with chicken (i waited cuz I had no other option).

El lugar está muy bien, tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. Si sos de los que necesitás aire acondicionado, ahí si te recomiendo pasar, pero en general los ventiladores tienen buena potencia. El desayuno es genial y está incluido, el personal muy amable!

This is the perfect stay to enjoy a walkable vacation on a beautiful beach with options for other activities from yoga, bird watching, and of eating at some of the many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was great and the staff friendly and helpful! The only thing is you may not want to leave the hotel!

We had a very comfortable stay. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Location is amazing on the beach and 10 min walk to downtown Cahuita. Rooms large and comfortable w/very nice facilities - pool, Restraunt, gym. We even had the opportunity to watch the local FC Cahuita football match on Sunday afternoon at the field immediately adjacent the property. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service, plenty of parking. Room#7 was very spacious , including a huge verandah and hammock! Fabulous 24 hour pool, eggs done to order station. Beautiful grounds, Black beach is literally across the street, amazing atmosphere. We loved the skylight in the bathroom. There was plenty of shelving and storage benches. The lunch we bought lacked flavor ( chicken fajitas & grilled chicken). The towels are quite thin and need to be replaced. The room was hot as there is only 1 ceiling fan, however if you sleep with the shutters open, a cool breeze will come in.
