The service at the reception counter varies from person to person, so I don't really mind. The cleanliness is satisfactory. However, I think it would be nice if they provided two bottles of mineral water. I only stayed at the Ramada and this hotel, so I can't compare the other hotels. The wifi connection was good. I was satisfied with the two breakfasts. The pool is small, but it's good for relaxing.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the pier, central shopping mall and other places; the service attitude is good and the front desk actively responds to guests' needs; the room facilities are comfortable and the hygiene is good.
