"Quite Central to where you need to be in Cairns. At first sight, the hotel looked quite crusty externally but the room (and interior) were fine. Breakfast was rather delicious. Pool looked ok but don’t actually go in as there was little cover from the sun i.e. additional deck chair umbrellas. Had to haggle for a late check-out (from 10am to 11am) but in the end, after using reason and logic, we got there… Overall a good experience"

"I've never seen a hotel like this in my life, cockroaches in the kitchen drawer dead, cigarette butts on the balcony, rude manager, shower that drips 24 hours a day, no room service, the environment smells bad. Vice will complain about you and treat you very badly, it seems like you are the one doing him a favor and are here paying. Horrible "

"I was able to request early check-in for free using the contact information email I had purchased on Trip.com. It took 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, costing about $45. You can walk to the port to Green Island, the place where you can hold koalas, the supermarket, and anywhere in the city center. I was grateful for the self-check-out arrangement. The room was clean and there were no problems with the terrace, air conditioning, toilet, shower, or kitchen. However, the shampoo in the amenities is quite squeaky, so if you are concerned about this, it is better to bring your own. There is no toothbrush, but there is a bath towel. Overall, I'm really glad I stayed here! Thank you!"
