GGuest UserVery comfortable night sleep, room was clean staff were helpful. Please note the lift is currently under construction so you may need to use the stairs, the stairs are not suitable for children as they have horizontal rails with large gaps. The restraunts buffet looked like it had a decent selection but we did not have it as it was $16each our two and three year olds.

HHennyP.My first room in building C was awful with the view of the opposite hotel. I could literally watch what other people did in their room and they could watch me as well. Also the room condition was so bad with crawling insects so I needed to upgrade the room. The upgraded room was fine with a poolside view and less bugs crawling on the wooden table. I understand there could be little creatures but just too many in the first room. Other than that, their food was delicious and staffs were kind and friendly. My kid loved playing in the pool.

GGuest UserFriendly helpful staff. Woolworths,liquor store and fast food red rooster a short walk over the road. 15 minutes in an uber to the pier where lots of food and entertainment are. Had a Good stay here along with view over the pool. It does become light in the room as no black out. Laundry facilities available Would recommend

Ssolo travellerEverything about this hotel is exceptional. The only downside was the room that I was given was on the top floor and the noise from either some sort of pump or the outside unit of the air condition was so overwhelming that I couldn't sleep well all night.

李李There is no breakfast, the room is large and clean, can accommodate 4 people, one large bed and two small beds, the bed is very comfortable, the room can also cook, and the kitchenware is full. The location is excellent, it is very convenient to be close to the supermarket and the seaside. The old lady is very nice and welcoming. Next time you stay in Cairns. Oh, forget to say, the cat is so cute!

GGuest UserBathroom was outdated but room was clean. Balcony very small and curtains let a lot of light through so difficult to sleep in the mornings. Reception staff super helpful with any queries and great location. Fitness centre hasn't really got a lot in there, don't rely on it for a good workout!

GGuest UserI will review from a Japanese perspective. Stayed in early May. Pros - Great location - All the front desk staff are kind - The barbecue set that you can borrow for free includes many types of tongs, oil, salt, and pepper - Soft toilet paper - Many types of coffee and tea are available. There is also milk in the refrigerator - A wide variety of bathroom amenities such as shampoo and moisturizing balm - The bathtub is large. The hot water comes out quickly, so you can fill it up quickly - Drinking water is provided at the front desk, so it was nice that I didn't have to buy it separately The information I wanted was not clearly stated in advance (It would have been even better if the following issues had been resolved, but overall I was very satisfied.) - No pajamas or bathrobes - No microwave - No knives or tableware included in the barbecue set (I bought steak meat, but I didn't have a knife and couldn't bite it) - No spray-type deodorant

CcalifragileThe room facilities are relatively old and the lights are dim. Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. Shower gel and shampoo are of poor quality. The room was on the first floor and there was noise. It should be the sound of the air conditioner engine or other machinery. The breakfast is simple and does not provide the delicacies of various countries. It only has bread, fruits and some drinks. A separate deposit of 50 AUD is required upon check-in, or 100 AUD in cash.

RReece96Was nervous due to past reviews, but found the reception staff friendly and helpful & the facilities really good. The room was basic but location was walkable and, whilst a little noisy at night sometimes, the other guests were kind and considerate. Would stay again!
