GGuest UserWe stayed in an executive room on the eighth (of nine) floors in mid-July.
The executive lounge was generally poorly stocked and food and drinks often unavailable with no staff around for over a couple of hours at a time. We were here for seven nights, so have a reasonably good time frame to judge.
The swimming pool is surprisingly frigid in July, actually unpleasantly cold when there was any kind of breeze or cloud cover.
The bathroom shower drainage was not ideal: every short shower resulted in puddles on the bathroom floor; long showers meant the whole floor was covered in standing water.
Every time the neighbors used the spa or coffee machine, the noises were very loudly transmitted into our room.
The balcony was very nice and the wicker furniture comfortable.

KKIWIS TRAVELLING (Perry)I stayed here twice - the first time, an ordinary room, the 2nd time, I thought maybe the Horizon Club might be a higher level. Before I say anything, I may choose to stay again for the location! This property is not 'Shangri-LA' as you would expect - the windows are all dirty which is disappointing for 'Marina View' rooms... The Horizon lounge furniture is closer to school lunch hall style, and the dinner - well, I don't eat in food halls with sausage rolls and spring rolls. We ate in the main street which was AWESOME!. The ping pong table is bent, bats are without surface, and the air hockey machine without pucks.. Basically a 'cashing in on the brand' experience...

GGuest UserThe room was very clean. There was a ********* lady at the front desk who could speak Chinese. The hotel has a special menu every day. When we arrived, it was steak night and the steak was quite big.
There was room cleaning service. The environment was very quiet.
It was very close to the pier and it was very convenient to eat around.

The bedroom 100 was an inner one with no window as such. But there was a window to a wall with 2 plants hanging down. It was a perfect place to sleep a bit like a cave in a way perfect just to sleep.
As far as I could see there was only one elevator coming and going also to the roof bar. So there was a wait here. Stairs would have been preferred.
The restaurant was fine too on the top floor with excellent views.
Location excellent with close proximity to the lagoon for swimming and of course the esplanade.

MM42070****The downstairs pool is fantastic! Breakfast was decent too, and I'd definitely recommend sitting outside to enjoy the sea view – it's absolutely perfect on a clear day.

李李It is far away from the cruise ship terminal. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. The boss service is very enthusiastic. It should be fixed for 3 nights and solved. There is a 7-11 convenience store next to it. It is a little more expensive than the big supermarket in the city center. There are two Chinese restaurants next to it. The taste and the amount of food are OK. The price is cheaper than the city center. Overall good.

Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. Shower gel and shampoo are of poor quality.
The room was on the first floor and there was noise. It should be the sound of the air conditioner engine or other machinery.
The breakfast is simple and does not provide the delicacies of various countries. It only has bread, fruits and some drinks.
A separate deposit of 50 AUD is required upon check-in, or 100 AUD in cash.

GGuest UserTeam was very friendly and helpful.
Location is great, you have the esplanade close by as well as all the touristic thing.
We had a great sleep thanks to their very comfy bed and quiet street, bathroom need some upgrading but you still have all the necessities bathtub and all.
The pool was close for renovation but the lagoon at the esplanade is well worth the walk.
Would definitely go back :)

YYIIt is very rare to have a hotel of this price during the Spring Festival, so if this hotel can meet the basic needs of rest, in addition to additional facilities, it is really good value for money!
First of all, the location of the hotel is a certain distance from the city center. It is a half-hour walk, but there is nothing to visit in the city, it is nothing more than a supermarket to buy things.
Secondly, the hotel's facilities are complete, basic things are available, and you can rest well at night. There is also a kitchenette in the room where you can cook your own meals, which is really a bonus.
Finally, because it is a motel, the service is basically absent, but the front desk staff are very enthusiastic, so there will be no uncomfortable feeling.
