PPotatoVoyageVery convenient location for us to explore Cairns and go onto boat trip. Walkable to many popular eatery and harbour. Lobby staff is helpful and friendly for basic enquiries and baggage. This is our second stay at Benson.

LLove travel girlI would recommend this hotel to everyone. Although the room design is old style(not renovated one), the room is clean and the sea view is amazing. Great location especially to the meet up point of skydive and diving. Just 5 mins walk. Casino is just nearby so you don’t need to worry the night activities. Staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the stay a lot.

GGuest UserWe had an EXCELLENT experience staying at the Cairns Plaza, especially the friendly and helpful welcome upon check in (young women, brown hair, very hospitable). All amenities were great, including the hotel pool. We were just a stones throw from the lagoon and a short stroll to the town centre. The team even held our bags after check out and allowed us to use their pool and changing rooms. Thank you.

GGuest UserThis hotels wins the first place among other hotels on our Cairns trip! Brand new with mazing staff who are always there to make your stay perfect. The hotel has four pools in this nice courtyard area facing the beach, so you can swim with the view. Yet, the pools are not crowded at all. Family pool doesn’t look like, yet it is shallow with sand, little fountains and everyone seemed to have fun in there. Rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. Balconies are made for outdoor use with furniture and even night light. The view is worth the price!

First of all, you should not mistake it for understanding that this is not a hotel, but an apartment.
It's a very nice place if you can prepare your own things and buy them as needed.
Good access to Cairns shopping centers and major facilities, no problem with rental car parking spaces, the pool is only for guests, so you can use it almost for charter, and you can use the veranda freely. Above all, I liked the owner's friendly greeting and wanted to stay more.
We booked from the day before arrival because the flight from Japan was early in the morning, but we were able to tell us how to enter the room in advance by email, so we took a shower and rested and played well from the afternoon I was able to!
What I'm glad I brought with me was body soap and soft tissue, and what I wanted was a tephron-processed frying pan? I can't think of anything in particular ...
Basically, you can buy anything at the supermarket or the object shop opposite!

BBINThe hotel is right next to the station, it is very convenient to travel, there is a hospital opposite. The facilities here are very complete, especially for the cooking, oil, salt, vinegar and other seasonings, which are very user-friendly.

Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. Shower gel and shampoo are of poor quality.
The room was on the first floor and there was noise. It should be the sound of the air conditioner engine or other machinery.
The breakfast is simple and does not provide the delicacies of various countries. It only has bread, fruits and some drinks.
A separate deposit of 50 AUD is required upon check-in, or 100 AUD in cash.
