MM15358****A decent five-star hotel. The room was spacious and even had a balcony, perfect for enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. It's located right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere – Cairns itself is quite small, so you can easily walk to most places. A taxi from the airport to the hotel was around 25 AUD.

XXiaoxinI didn't expect to find such a great value hotel in Cairns! There were five of us, and we stayed for four days. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. The swimming pool downstairs was also fantastic, and they even had a hot tub. If I ever get the chance to visit again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

Only one thing bad was the pool sun lounges, the are very uncomfortable I had to sit in a bean bag.
Just to add gluten free eating for coeliacs was great seperate toaster for breaky and freshly cooked eggs and bacon on request. Very happy !!

SShiyidexingfuWhen I checked in, the room wasn't ready yet, but they gave me three complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. The koalas at the rainforest sanctuary were beautiful, and it was really fun getting to pet kangaroos and snakes.

First of all, you should not mistake it for understanding that this is not a hotel, but an apartment.
It's a very nice place if you can prepare your own things and buy them as needed.
Good access to Cairns shopping centers and major facilities, no problem with rental car parking spaces, the pool is only for guests, so you can use it almost for charter, and you can use the veranda freely. Above all, I liked the owner's friendly greeting and wanted to stay more.
We booked from the day before arrival because the flight from Japan was early in the morning, but we were able to tell us how to enter the room in advance by email, so we took a shower and rested and played well from the afternoon I was able to!
What I'm glad I brought with me was body soap and soft tissue, and what I wanted was a tephron-processed frying pan? I can't think of anything in particular ...
Basically, you can buy anything at the supermarket or the object shop opposite!

YYINGThe hotel room is large, the indoor facilities are complete, very close to the sea, although there is no beach, but you can take morning exercises along the coast. The city of Cairns is small and there are not many people, but every morning, many people who run in the morning on the beach will feel that their life is very pleasant. The hotel is not too far from the duty-free shops in the city center, and shopping is quite convenient. The service staff of the hotel was very good. We didn't arrive at the hotel when we arrived at the hotel, but we found us with a vacancy and gave us instant noodles for breakfast. It was very considerate. Overall praise!

Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. Shower gel and shampoo are of poor quality.
The room was on the first floor and there was noise. It should be the sound of the air conditioner engine or other machinery.
The breakfast is simple and does not provide the delicacies of various countries. It only has bread, fruits and some drinks.
A separate deposit of 50 AUD is required upon check-in, or 100 AUD in cash.

李李The only regrettable hotel in Australia and New Zealand.
Let me talk about the advantages firstly: it is close to the beach, only a few minutes walk, you can walk, no beach, and the sea water is cloudy. Walk to the city center for about half an hour and there are buses.
Besides the disadvantages: the hotel is old, the Wi-Fi signal is often not available, the room is crammed, the kitchen operation table is next to the bed, and you have to be very careful when washing. There was also a striking warning-1,000 fines for triggering a smoke alarm. The swimming pool downstairs was completely unused, with leaves and unknown objects floating in it.
The most frustrating thing is that the ants on the wall are all in the tea cup after returning for a while. At night I crawled into my neck!
Will not go again.

BBrianThe room here was good but we decided quite quickly to leave as the regular clientele were getting noisier and it was only 4pm.There were a lot of people loitering and apparently they were asked to leave by management. Also had a family member who had booked a room only to be told his room had an issue with the plumbing and it was suggested he sleep in our room, we should have left then in retrospect not 1 1/2 later
