Overall good, but a very strong paint smell in the room, there also was a bad smell coming from toilet. There was a large spider on the wall in the bathroom. The balcony was very dirty as if it has never been cleaned. But the customer desk personnel were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Next stay we will book an apartment room instead of single room. But overall it was pleasant apart from the abovementioned.

The room facilities are relatively old and the lights are dim.
Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. Shower gel and shampoo are of poor quality.
The room was on the first floor and there was noise. It should be the sound of the air conditioner engine or other machinery.
The breakfast is simple and does not provide the delicacies of various countries. It only has bread, fruits and some drinks.
A separate deposit of 50 AUD is required upon check-in, or 100 AUD in cash.

A well presented accommodation with everything you need. I really liked the front desk hours. They are open till 10.30 pm. The only setback was that the wi fi didn't work.

I don't understand how it's acceptable to have the cleaner banging on your window cleaning it at 8am.
The response from the person on reception was quite poor. Just a thinly veiled apology and thatsbit.
Never again.
