This is the worst hotel I have ever been. The man at the reception is rude and uncaring. It is a 3 storied building and there is no lift. It happened I broke a bone on my foot during travelling and it was with great difficulty I managed. They didn’t care and put me on the 3rd floor. What is more they don’t supply milk in the room and we had to buy milk for our coffee. I think the man is either racist or hate customers. Do NOT stay there!!!

Easy to get to from the airport. Room had good facilities and plenty of room. However smelt when we first arrived, although we got use to it. Staff were friendly.

Air conditioner didn’t not work properly, barley cool enough to sleep! The room seemed tidy but smelled musty. The ceiling above the fans had so much dust bunnies hanging down we were afraid to put the fans on.
We couldn’t wait to leave!

The staff went out of their way to help and handle any questions we asked. The man at check in (same person most days of our stay) was excellent. He stepped up to every issues or concern and was a go to for travelers questions. Made our stay on the coast very enjoyable when it could have gone bad very quickly at some points.
The cleanliness could have been better. The fountain outside the front door was a horrible first impression. The room was pretty good. Roach hatch the first night was a bad experience. The desk clerk handle it well when we advised him in the morning. It made us more cautious and observant throughout the 5 days we were there.

Family vacay just to get away from the city. Great spot as it was affordable and not far from the town centre. Also a 2 min walk to the seaside. Kids had great fun and staff helped with the leasure activities for the whole family. Rooms were well equiped and pleanty of room for us. We even used the BBQ facilities and a swim in their beautiful pool.
