Has free brrakfasr. Swimming pool. 15 minutes walking to cairns shopping central. Room is so so as budget.

The hotel is generally clean, and the shower room is in the same space as the toilet, but shampoo, conditioner, and treatments are provided, and there is even a hair dryer!
I thought it would be fine to stay there, but in the room I stayed in, there were 2-3 small cockroaches on the top and sides of a large shelf, so it may depend on the room, but you might need to be careful where you put your luggage...

Bad experience. 2 nights reservation. Ask for refund 2nd day with only stayed for a few hours wait until the lobby opening. It is not 24/7 hotel. Late arrival in the early morning about 1 am. electric not working. No light need to call emergency in hotel. The guy came in to fix with bad attitude and reject to change other room. After that, no towers in the room and bath. We cannot sleep the whole night and shower. Waiting the lobby opening at 6:30am ask to cancel the 2nd night but saying non refundable.
We are going to book another hotel anyway. This is not the hotel good for travelers

I didn't even show up, so another girl thought it was me who checked in. Even though I paid on Ctrip, the hotel said I had to pay on the spot if I didn't. I struggled for several hours to check in, and I was told that I wanted an extra bed. Extra beds can only be added to family rooms, but the Ctrip contact person did not mention this in the early stage, which made it difficult for friends to find a hotel to stay when they went out temporarily.

Had a wonderful stay at cairns queen court! All the staff were super friendly. They always try their very best to help with our questions and provide suggestions to our trip planning! However, beware of the morning (ard 6:30am) house keeping if you wanna sleep in~ overall, I enjoyed staying there and had lot of fun in Cairns!
