Heritage Cairns

Very comfortable and warmful hotel. High value of money. Great trip to Cairns！

Hotel is pretty basic, and dated. Could do with a good clean and paint over, lamp was thick with dust and skirting boards very dirty. Very small pool. Over priced for what it is. 15 minutes walk into the main centre, but buses are very frequent if needed. Reception staff very nice and helpful.

The Heritage cairns was very hard to find, as all signs have been removed or painted out. It is in quite a good location, being 2 blocks back form the Esplanade in Cairns Central. It is not a new property but was clean and tidy. It would be suitable for short stop overs but not really for long stays, however its modest cost reflects that it is not a new flashy hotel. There is a good continental breakfast available for $18, which I think is good value. The rooms also include a kettle with tea and coffee, milk and biscuits supplied. The one omission was a hair drier that most women would want. I found the staff very helpful and answered any questions I had.

The hotel was in an excellent position we were able to walk to all of the facilities that we wished to attend It was clean and very comfortable We would stay there when we next visit Cairnes

Reasonable price for a wonderful service Highly recommend everyone to stay in Heritage Cairns. The staff was responsive to our night arrival and everything was pretty smooth. The rooms were clean and the WiFi connection is stable too. The staff kindly arranged a suitable room for my mum who was not good at walking. Moreover, the staff let us use the shower room with towel and amenities even we had already checked out that day. Many thanks for their hospitality!

Alright location, 10-15 minutes walk to city center. Parking lot really close to the room, convenient handling of luggage.

Excellent value for money, and incredibly close to the Esplanade so the location is perfect. Furnishings are definitely old though, but for the price you pay - you cannot complain. Swimming pool is very small, unheated and a little dirty, but fine if you want to get accustomed to water before doing the reef (which is what you're in Cairns for right?)!

The hotel is basic, but the team is very nice and it is well located. The room is silence and the bed is confortable. I stayed there few times and is very good.
