Good to have a washing machine and dryer, parking and a full kitchen. The pool is a good size too. Close to shops and bars/restaurants but most convenient is it’s proximity to the Convention Centre. Also the bonus is that Warren is a gem and very helpful.

It's an older property, one that put me in mind of vacation places my family stayed in when I was younger.
Pros: Nice big suite, all appliances as promised, really great location close to lots of shops and restaurants and a mall with two grocery stores and the train station and the convention center etc..., staff was nice and helpful
Cons: Some stickiness in out-of-the-way places like the tops of shelves, some dustiness elsewhere, cafe downstairs wasn't quite up and running yet (probably is now though), thin walls so if folks in the other rooms are being noisy you'll definitely hear it

Good large rooms, clean, very convenient location, especially for Convention Centre, and lor local coffee/breakfast shops.
Could have been clearer on cleaning arrangements, but excellent overall.

Highly recommend this apartment/hotel. It was clean, comfortable and everything was supplied even down to washing powder. The host was a lovely friendly man too! It’s very convenient for several different days out, the best being the train to Karunda National Park. Up into the rainforest and plenty to do there with walks, cable cars and boat rides down the river. There are trips to the Great Barrier Reef from Cairns which was awesome too. In October the weather was perfect warming up nicely for early spring in fact about 70f. But breezy, so pleasant.

Great hotel for money paid..large unit.. Has everything you will need including washing machine. Close to railway station & bus interchange. Quiet area. Easy late night checkin. Easy walking distance to central plaza shopping central & woolies supermarket & esplanade.
Kitchen not modern looking but very functional full of all utensils plus more. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & will stay again.
