Room wasn't ready on time (30mins late) and when we got to the room it had not been made up . Got changed to a room that wasn't the cleanest and the view was worse than the original .not a great experience and would expect better from a 4 star hotel !

主要是預訂之後，到達前一週降價特別大，降價幅度超過了預訂價格的30%，和平台和櫃枱商量無果，眼睜睜看着這麼多錢白花了，心裏不舒服。酒店設施一般。

Great Hospitality Friendly Staff location is very convenient to shopping-dining. Rooms was very spacious clean and makes you feel right at home once you checked in and i Love the Staff friendly approach 🙏🏼 And will definitely return to Mantra Trilogy Cairns in the near future.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Bed and air-conditioned made for a very comfortable sleep. Kitchen was well equipped for a long term stay if needed. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
