The room size is relatively large, a bit small and old, and it is relatively close to the airport. health conditions can also. Its restaurant serves Thai food. I ate it once for dinner, so you can give it a try.

Great, affordable hotel for travelers not wanting to break the bank with lodging. It’s fairly quiet (I know because I’m a light sleeper and has no problems). In fact the twin beds pulled together to make a king were quite comfortable. Odd that the room key is also the only way to turn on power to your entire room. So no charging anything or leaving the AC unit going while you’re out and about with key in hand. Didn’t partake of the Thai restaurant on property, but it sure looked popular. Great location if you don’t want to be in the middle of the CBD but want to walk there for restaurants, shopping, etc. (do walk the Promenade).

The blankets were stinky, poor pathetic breakfast very limited. Continental breakfast only comprised of tea/coffee, bread, butter,jam , peanut butter and strawberry yogurt, for a ridiculous price.
Requested early check in , receptionist promised to call when room was ready, never called.

this accommodation was fine, the room elderly but ok. went over the easter break so linen wasn't changed and had to ask twice. Main concern were the neighbours who for 4 nights running had dinner at 1.30am, kids talking loudly, tv blaring, absolutely no consideration of others. they left and second lot of neighbours equally as bad, no dinner but TV very loud and kids yelling at 1am this time. A neighbour actually banged on our door thinking it was us making the noise. so did wonder if this motel accepted CentreLink people. Reception said they didn't and we should have complained but us older folk not inclined to walk to reception in night gear and complain with possible repercussions from neighbours when the reception person not there.

Stayed at the Hibiscus suit which was nicer than the Orchid since you get a sink, cookware and microwave if you need one. It was also brighter than the Orchid which has dark furniture. If you want a fancy hotel stay elsewhere, this is a budged hotel. The bed was very comfortable, I'm very picky and need a soft bed. The shower is big and spacious with a rain shower head. They have gated parking which was nice. The location is ok kind of far to walk downtown so we would park closer and then walk unless we just drove into downtown. House keeping didn't do much cleaning.
