Rubbish hotel, on the pedestrian street, the name of the hotel does not match. If the tour failed, they would say they had no room. After waiting for a long time to leave, they arranged a simple family room. There is no three meals included as mentioned by Ctrip. The three bosses work together to undermine each other. Any hotel around is better than this one. People with good communication skills suggest finding your own hotel when you arrive. This Ctrip hotel is really a scam!! !

This was basically a hostel for Egyptians and definitely not a hotel. It was super run down. We made the mistake of booking it even rhough it was unrated. Don't do that in Egypt. The staff was nice and it was clean. There were no towels and the AC hardly worked so it was hot. It looked nothing like its photos. Basically it was a bed for one night and lesson learned. Also it is on a pedestrian only street so our taxi couldn't get there.
