هذ الفندق اسوء فندق في القاهره سي جدا والنوظفين قمه في قله الادب فندق غير نضيف بالمره وسي جداا مختصرا فندق زباله انا معرفتش اقعد فيه ليلتين بجد حمام ردي ومعفن والدهان الخائط واقع سي جدااااااا م ظف الاستقبا شخصيه زباله

لا يوجد خدمه للغرف غرفه ٢٠٤ولا تواصل مع ساكني الغرف ولا اهتمام توفي بن عمي لمده ثلاث ايام داخل الفندق ولم يعرفو الا بعد ظهور الرائحة وكان مدير الفندق قمه فى عدم الاخلاق لم يتعاون مع الاهل لتقديم المساعدة وبدل من تقديم المساعدة طلب تعويض، وطريقته غير محترمه واحد الموظفين حاول التعدي علينا ، والفندق غير نظيف بالمره ، اتمنى ان يكون المدير قدر المسئوليه
