The only positive thing is that it is close to the airport. And even with Cairo taxi prices, this is not an advantage at all.
When we booked, we didn’t realize that the bathroom and shower were shared. This is more of our oversight when booking. But the fact that there is practically no sound insulation from street noise is terrible!
We are ready to live in spartan conditions, but with such noise it is simply impossible to sleep.
And when booking, it is impossible to choose a room that does not face the street. Which means it's a lottery.

The hotel is not very far from the airport, and the surrounding area is basically selling children's toys. There is a Syrian restaurant downstairs. It's not in line with Chinese tastes. The hotel's front desk is on the third floor and the service is very warm. There are 2 kids downstairs who will press the elevator button for you and ask for a tip! The WIFI signal is generally intermittent. However, the hotel is newly renovated and the bathroom is not indoors. You need another key to go to the bathroom to wash up.

Friendly staff and incredibly clean facility. 10/10 - Better than spaces that cost 6 times the daily rate. Bathroom not attached, but two available and VERY clean with amenities. Was very happy with this stay.

As expected from a hotel near the airport, it was very clean. I was surprised at how much cleaner it was than any other hotel I've stayed at in Cairo, with absolutely no dust.
I had a single room, but the bedroom, bathroom, and toilet were in separate rooms. There were no particular issues.
Communication via chat was smooth, and the manager and staff were all smiling and helpful.

The location is excellent but the description is incorrect..this is an upscale hostel with a shared bathroom among all the rooms which is very uncomfortable. Via google the location is difficult to find but just look up for the sign afnan. Only 1 of the 2 beds’ sheets were clean and reception is on the 3rd floor.
