This hotel is very beautiful, covers a very large area, has all kinds of special foods, and has an elegant environment. It is pleasant to stay here, not expensive, and close to major attractions. It's worth it!

The staff in these two hotels are all *****, and they cover up for each other. The staff inside took the initiative to introduce that they could help us find a chartered driver. But later, this driver and the hotel staff colluded with each other, kept raising the price, threatening and intimidating us, and even insulted me as a **. I was scared to the point of calling the police before he stopped. I was very angry and went to the hotel afterwards, but they shirked that this was a personal behavior and had nothing to do with their hotel. May I ask: there were many employees present at the time, right in the hotel lobby. If this is not allowed, why didn't anyone stop it, and why didn't anyone say that they were not looking for an official car for the hotel. The hotel's bathroom equipment is also a mess, the floor drain is completely unable to leak, and the water is flooded when taking a bath, and there is a strong smell of disinfectant, which is no different from taking a bath in a swimming pool. When we checked out, we were in a hurry because we had to catch a flight, but the front desk asked the doorman to stop us from getting on the car because they wanted the room cleaning to check it out, saying that if the check-out inspection failed, there might be a fine. I said that I was in a hurry and that if there were any problems, I could communicate by email later, but they still didn't let me. I don't know why this hotel has a high score, but it is a complete nightmare for me.
