Great hotel, came with family. We have never been so satisfied. The staff speaks Russian, is very friendly, and always helped solve our questions. Food and relaxation are all at the highest level. The rooms are in good condition, the area is very large.

Horror.... I just came from this so called 4 star hotel in a community space . I wish I read review here I would not have booked. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK if you want a peace of mind of a 4 star hotel . We booked Rehana Plaza Hotel we got Rehana Resort that had public swimming pool with competition trough out the night . They promise to move you and they don't we stayed 8 days and had paid in advance. No way they would refund. You may be attracted as a business person being in town place do not. the internet was so bad or non . We had to go to other hotel to be able to work . They should change from Hotel to community center.

We booked two rooms. On arrival we were given rooms around the pool ground floor when we should have been given room in the main hotel. They played loud music until 1am and the rooms were filthy with stained sheets. Considering this is meant to be a 5 star hotel. When we complained they said they can change the next day. Next day they said they have no space come the next day. We tried to cancel but they refused to refund. They told us to go to the agent - Stayforlong. Stayforlong did not provide any customer service what so ever. They changed the room after 2 nights to room with window to the main road with no sound proofing and we could not sleep at all with heavy traffic Breakfast was joke - restricted 3 options all were basic and only allowed 1 drink with breakfast. We booked the rooms here for swimming pool. Pool was murky with ear buds and empty water bottles around the pool. We did not use the pool. Further the pool was was used for public and lessons by people from out side so there was never any space- not that we would use the dirty pool AC for one room broke down and they could not fix. Senior management were not helpful. Junior staff were very good but did not understand English and could not help. Terrible experience I would never book or recommend this hotel and is definitely not 4 or 5 stat. More like 1 or 2 star.

honestly dont even bother. rooms are battered stains everywhere nothing works shower leaks lamps flicker, the breakfast is a actual joke, builders banging away in the morning, the locals coming in to use the pool for swimming lessons. was promised an upgrade that did not happen only good thing about this is that the manager agreed to a full refund because i left a day early because i couldn't handle the stress of this place. just dont book

Terrible hotel. Reception staff can not solve elementary issues. Wi-Fi does not work at all, although it is listed as an advantage of the hotel. The pool is used by children coming from the street, not hotel guests. In order to bring you breakfast, you first need to find someone who will make this breakfast, and then wait 40 minutes. When you check in, they gave you a room with a window on the road, it's just unbearable, then they moved it with a view of the garden. But even there, until the night, there was a holiday with the locals. The hotel is clearly not intended for relaxation, even for a day

I spent two weeks here from May to June. In general it has all you need, clean room, good service and is quiet too so no trouble sleeping. A special mention to receptionist mohamed said who was super helpful! Would recommend as is only 15mins away from mall and shops!
