I like the service here but if you are looking for a clean hotel, you are in the wrong place. I feel uncomfortable staying here as electricity is down often and the network is super poor here.

Breakfast was possible even outside of the regular time. Great service.

I stayed here for some time and befriended much of the staff, who were very helpful with navigating everything in Egypt. Absolutely recommend this as a stay choice for travelers.

The hotel usually checks in at 2pm. I arrived in the morning. In order not to wait, I booked an extra day in advance, thinking that I could check in as soon as I got off the plane. As a result, when I arrived at the hotel, I was still asked to wait until 2pm to check in. Then the room I booked for an extra day in advance was not prepared for me, and there was no explanation! The address of the hotel is very difficult to find. Basically, I have to take many taxis every time, and the driver may not be able to find it! I booked another day on the last day. The next day, the hotel said that I booked a little late and said that the room was booked out. I was taken to another hotel for one night and lied to me that this hotel was their branch!

The room facilities are average, but clean. The staff are very friendly. They can help you with your luggage storage, early breakfast, etc.

Very bad experience. I checked in in the morning and was told to wait and come back in the afternoon. They said the room was under maintenance and there was no room available, even though I had a reservation confirmed! Then they found me a room nearby. The conditions were average, but I had to put up with it after a long journey.

Very rubbish, not good. It was originally 10 US dollars, but later the price was increased to 50 US dollars.

In the center of Cairo, it is relatively close to the Egyptian Museum. There is a commercial street nearby which is very lively.

It was still cheaper than the picture. I arrived at 8pm and waited until 11 to check in. The sheets were still damp, the room had no windows and the internet was very poor.

I booked the Capital Plaza Hotel, which is located in a small street near Liberation Square. It is a few minutes' walk away, and it is easy to find. The street is not too noisy, but there is no elevator upstairs. The hotel was remodeled from an old European-style residential building in the past. I couldn't see the interior decoration, because I was sold to another nearby regency inn, a small hotel with the same price, which was also a remodeled old residential building. It is estimated that the conditions are similar. The room Doesn't look as good as the pictures of the Capital Plaza Hotel, think about it. The bedding is fairly clean, the hot water is OK, the room is not facing the street and it is not too noisy, the breakfast is average and relatively simple, with jam, bread, tea and the like. Really not worth the price of 260. The Amerante Hotel in the Giza area where I live later is much better at the same price. Just because I arrived in Cairo on the first day and didn't want to make too much trouble, I booked this hotel near Liberation Square. The service attitude is okay, there are no slippers, toothbrush, hair dryer, simple things are not good, but it is clean. Anyway, only two nights.

The location of the hotel is very close to Luo Lao's museum, and it takes only 5 minutes to walk. The room is very clean, the service attitude at the front desk is very good, and the breakfast tastes good. If it is a business trip, it is recommended to reserve more time for traffic jams, as the traffic in the old city is relatively congested.

The size of the room is also suitable, the sanitation is also in place, and the service of the hot water bottle is also very good.
