I like this hotel because of the location. It has a small pool but unfortunately pigeons love the pool as much as a customers and I don't like pigeons. They need to do something to limit the number of pigeons that like to drink the pool water. There is a machine that you can buy that pigeons hate the sound of and the people can't hear. The rooms are a bit small but they gave me a room where I could see the Nile the Ritz-Carlton and the Egyptian museum so ask for room at the end of the building. Staff is top-notch and goes out of their way to help you. Don't book tourist from the concierge it's a rip off. I've stayed at this hotel three times because of the location and the professionalism of the staff.

Steigenberger was een goede ervaring. In 1 aspect spannen zij de kroon en dat is klantvriendelijkheid.,nog nooit ben ik op initiatier van het hotel gebeld met de vraag of alles goed gaat, toen ik aangaf dat ik iets ziekjes was wers wij een soep namens het hotel aangeboden. Het gaat om het gebaar en de bekommering van hun ze weten wat hun minpunten zijn (kleine kamers, soms geluidsoverlast van de straat, kleine ramen, geen bad en vooral queensize bedden van max 155 breed. Daar score je niet echt mee, maar daarom richten zij zich enorm op hygiene, gastvrijheid en klanttevredenheid. Ik zou hier graag nog een keer verblijven, maar wanneer mijn kind groot is. Voor kleine kinderen is het geen hotel. Klantgerichtheid scoren zij meer dan 10. Hygiene ook.

非常感謝開羅解放廣場施泰根貝格爾酒店工作人員，我從機場到酒店辦入住時發現護照丟失，原則上沒有證件是不能入住的，感謝前台服務人員特別是一個高個子管理人員，在自己權限範圍內想辦法多方核實本人訊息，確定無誤後最終還是幫我辦理了入住，工作嚴謹認真又很人性化，沒有讓我來埃及第一天就流浪街頭🙂↕️非常感謝🙏🌹🌹贊👍

今回ギザ/カイロ/ルクソールと旅行した中で1番よかったホテルです。観光目的で宿泊したので短い滞在でしたが、また改めてゆっくりしに訪れたいホテルです。河畔の緑とその向こうに広がる砂漠がみえる、ナイル川の眺めが素晴らしく、まさにイメージするナイル川の姿でした。
ホテル内装も清潔で、エジプトらしい装飾がされています。朝食ビュッフェは非常に充実していて、ファラフェルやフムスなどのエジプト料理や、*料理のカウンターもありました。
客室のアメニティは充実しており、シャワーの水圧/温度ともに良好でした。
サービスの水のペットボトルもありました。
朝食会場近くにATMがありました（エジプトポンドのみ引出し可能でした）
