The staff are wonderful. However, the inside of the hotel is old and cannot be said to be beautiful. Just go home and sleep.
It was very difficult because there was no Wi-Fi.

Excellent location. Cleanliness good, safe, host attentive, Internet good... The staffs AYA, ANS and HICHEM are very kind, helpful and friendly. They are very welcoming. Have good price and I loved to stay there. Definitely l'll come back there

Fotos online are a SCAM! We couldn’t get out of our room! We panicked! Employee had to bust door open. Everything dirty, nasty, broken. They asked for our passport to make a copy but 1 hour later we had to go to retrieve them but we couldn’t ESCAPE our room. No toilet paper, mold in bathroom! Paid for 3 nights. Stayed one night and demanded a refund. STAY AWAY!!! They are SCAMMERS!

Lights not working, broken chair, nosy room, sticky floor, rusty bathroom, bathroom flash doesn’t stop- could hear the water running 24/7.

I really loved the place, particularly the location because it's exactly located in downtown Cairo. The staff was so friendly and classy and the room was very comfortable and clean, they make sure that the room should be housekeeped every two days and that was nice 🙂.
However, I would like to mention two drawbacks, the noice cancelation wasn't that good so you will hear each single car passing through Ramses road, the second drawback is the WiFi internet speed, it was really slow.
My overall review is 8 out of 10.

The first impression is bad as the building is old. But when you reach the sixth floor where the reception is located, it's a grace. Wonderful and helpful attendants. I loved staying here.
