Access to Cairo city, shopping malls, and the airport is reasonably good, and if you just want to sleep at the hotel, it's barely acceptable.

I asked for a bath mat that looked dirty and slippers that were missing for one person. There was an answer that they would respond immediately, but they did not respond at all on both occasions, and after asking directly to the front desk for more than 30 minutes, they responded. Worst hospitality.
The floor mats in the room are tattered and dirty in black.

Shower too small. Lobby area smell cigarettes smoke not really good for non smoker, need a lot of improvement.
To noisy during the night until 12 midnight as there is wedding celebration iin the restaurant and all the noises can hear from our room.
